If the density around West Lakes Mall is dramatically increased then the connection of Football Pk to our tram or train network becomes much more feasible. Let's hope we get many more developments like this one.

If more of this happens around west lakes i say leave football park where it is. a high density population would warrant a train line.
These will be taller than the infinity building yes?

Suburban apartments are the way of Adelaide's future.

Lol. Suburban apartments will turn us into Sydney.

Not that its a bad thing. I wouldn't mind it either way. If it makes suburban living more convenient, with more PT n better infrastructure, then im all for it. It also looks nice IMO.

Does anybody know who the main contractor is and when construction is likely to commence. The design looks ok, nothing striking though

Na stuff that, all the more reason to sell AAMI stadium, bulldoze it and continue the building boom in the West Lakes, Port Area!!!!!!

All these developments just keep raising the lands value giving the stubbon SANFL more incentive to sell it and build a brand new one within walking distance to the city!!!! Besides not only is there already train lines into the city but also now the new tram line/stop past the currant rail yards on North Terrace?
Plus with more and more apartments being built the density of the city population will increase over time anyway?

They appear to look quite nice, definetly Glenelg-style. Will be great for the area, alongside the other 8floor project.
