Went past today and the whole building has been fenced off

The Facebook page says demolition starting soon. Hopefully a tower crane but think it’s too short.

Demolition has started. the roof of the old building is being removed. I will try to get a picture soon.

Having taken the roof off in early August ,they finished the demolition today . Only rubble left. pic 17/8/2018

This site has been totally cleared.

The footings have some quite large reinforcing bars size24 (or 28)? There is a long earth ramp down from rear lane way (Greenhill Lane)..

update from 7/4/2019. the earth ramp has been cut back. The basement seems to be stepped on several different depths. Click on pictures for bigger.

A lot off precast concrete panels have been added in the last week in the basement level. picture 4/5/3029. At 8 stories this project could have tower crane?
