Regarding the hospital, I hope it wasn't something serious and you are OK. Not sure whether the car was close to your heart but that's a material thing our health and wellbeing is more important.

The Outer Harbor projects are still being completed. I flew over Outer Harbor on March 31st on my way to Malaysia and couldn't see any of the grain loading equipment on the new wharf. The conveyor may also not be 100 percent complete. While the 125 metres of extension to the container wharf (number 7) seems to be operational. Must say from the air it looks good, Outer Harbor has a lot of potential if Adelaide picks up economically.

My car got wrecked by a kangaroo, doing 110 on the Sturt Hwy, 50km east of Mildura at about midnight, on our way back from Sydney. Thankfully it was just a small roo. The cost of the tow was more painful than the damage, there's now water in the motor and it's just a KC Laser, so I brought a KE Laser rather than fixing it.

I am a bit upset, I took the little thing though four capital cities and it didn't miss a beat, it was a 'roo that killed it.

The hospital visit was unrelated, just a bit of a chest infection. I'm fine now, just broke.

Anyway, update, 4 May 2007
- Changed 88 O'Connel Street to Approved at 6 levels.
- Reverted Outer Harbour upgrade to UC
- Changed 379 KWS to Cancelled
- Changed Palais Apartments to complete

Anything else I've missed?

- Changed 42-56 Franklin St to approved, thanks to AG.
- Added Kings Apartment, replacing 102 and 114 Waymouth St, thanks to Ho Really.
- Changed 20-22 Currie to 125m, thanks to Culwulla.

Update, 6 June 2007

-Added RAH Relocation, as proposed as it has to make it though parliament first.
-Change 16-20 Coglin Place from Approved to Proposed, thanks to Will.
-Added Thomson Playford Building

Now I'm sure I've missed something. I did have a 'todo' list, but it got lost in the wonders of Windows. I'm sure it had more than four things for me to change though.

CC3 needs to be amended. Boasts 30,000sqm of office space, which means height alteration definitely in store.
