dunno how this is gona sound but....seeings its the SA Water building, wouldn't it be cool if the front glassage had some kind of cascading water going down it, which could captured at the bottom of the kink and then be recirculated back up to the top

It is part of its' entrance. It has quite a large water feature encompassed into the entrance. The Allegra hotel also has cascading water window in the entrance to the building.

A couple of pics from this afternoon. The ground floor height for this one is very high, especially on the western elevation. Didn't get a pic of that, but it looks great. Will be a nice entry point.
