^^ New sign up on site in the exact same position as the old sign. Saw it last night and again today.

I'm really keen to see this one get off the ground, seeing as it will be Australia's longest hi-rise building.

Culwulla.

A hi-rise is defined as greater than 12 floors or 35m. Culwulla says that its length is 90m, which is more than double its height at 40m. Therefore Australia's longest hi-rise building.

If Cul stated that then it MUST be right. Seriously that man is a hi-rise god!

I am keen to see this get going. Like the currie st building, COH and Aurora, it carries an 'aesthetic' presence generated by creditable architectural imagination and application.
The southern end of the city will greatly alter with it's construction. Not the case will every place built. Adelaide seems to be really moving now - great!

Can anyone update me on this. Being in Brisbane makes it a little more difficult to keep up.

The 379 KWS was the one that was cancelled. This one is awaiting tenant pre-commitment before construction can begin.

thanks for the update guys. This is one of my favourite buildings presented on this web site. Aesthetic design makes it stand out - very few buildings like it that I've seen. Will greatly boost southern KWS.

Just to concur with Will - it was the 397 KWS project that llapsed. A number of proposed and approved buildings have suffered this end over the last few months. However with the uranium boom just ahead, it will be just like black gold does to host nations. SA stands to make massive financial and development gains over the next few years, especially in the Adelaide CBD and elsewhere.

A bit of a tangent, but what does the uranium market (which isn't actually that big) have to do with the CBD property market?
