The new sinage makes a nice impact.

Moved to Brisbane a few months ago mate.

Great place to be if you're into development, but I'm still missing home, especially the Central Market and surprisingly, given all the amazing beaches not that far from here, Glenelg.

Well, you can see it from Grenfell Street, although through trees.

No probs at all mate.

Didn't think you were being rude, just that you may have thought I was being a smart arse... but I was just taking a guess, because I'm a few thousand km's away.

It turns out that re-fit on the ground floor is a promotional office. As I walked past this morning a couple of guys were carrying in an architectural scale model of the completed Aurora for you punters to go and look at. Apartments are being offered for sale for around $190,000, at least I think they're apartments.
cheers,
Rhino

There offices which you can buy and get a "guarenteed" return of 7%... i'm not sure how it works but basically instead of building based on pre lease arrangments they are building based on the amount of office space sold even if there are no companies to fill the space which is how I don't know how they can guareentee returns.

For those playing along at home.

Signage, from the square:

Model in the display centre. It looks to be more about displaying the floor space than the façade:

Am I correct in presuming this little red brick office building is going to be demolished? On Hyde St.
