Why would they be all to put a caveat on the church? They have no legal claim on it .

anyone can put a cavaet on a property.

Once it is challenged it is up to them to prove why it is there a valid reason to have it (usually tested by lawyers!)

Exactly - it's a cynical attempt to reserve lateral airspace that isn't theirs to reserve.

These guys don't seem to be wasting time. Already looks as if they are closing the third lane into the carpark. Shutters were drawn this morning and entrance blocked. they're also digging below the surface where the Rhino Room was.
