It's slightly off-putting that the windows are raised up slightly out of alignment with the pattern (more noticeable for the ones within circles, but applies to all).
If by slightly off putting you mean drives you bat s... then I agree

Looks like the architect went with picture placement within a frame rules for the windows. Where you put more space below an object than above. Not sure that translates to within a circle...

Is there actually a DA for this building? I can't seem to find it.

Don't think so. May be wrong though. I'm confused. Seems to me this is being built without a DA - Is that possible?

Do you know how to turn the images prior to posting? Would make it much easier to view? :)

Sorry all - I wasn't aware the few pictures I've taken in recent days were coming out different. On my iPhone they look fine - are they coming out different on a desktop? Feel free to teach me! :)

This is really rocketing up! Is their ambition to have it completed by semester 1 next year?

Rocketing indeed. I'm warming to the design... looking back at the render, my biggest qualm is the diagonal wireframe type structure on the roof. I reckon there should be a coloured neon light display around the upper rim. That would be neat.
