Decent year for construction in Adelaide but 2018 looks to be the biggest ever! I can't emphasize enough the amount of development the CBD will see next year. Likely to be at least 7 buildings over 100m under construction with 3 already commenced.

Probably unlikely any cranes up this side of Christmas but early in 2018 there is a large amount to go up including, Realm, Adelaidean, One Adelaide, Opus, East End, GPO tower, Gray Street, Skycity. Will be a big start to 2018! Sofitel, Festival tower and Echelon should commence early 2018.

Unlikely, the block is no bigger than a standard housing block - I'd say 800m2 as a guess.
