Even the clouds look the same. It's amazing.

Demolition app has been lodged with ACC to get this one moving. Simultaneously the development application has been lodged with the DAC.

That's cozy. How is that possible? The site area is just over a quarter the size of the GPO.

Are they beds for ants? Or corgies?

So long as it looks a whole lot better than the grey cheese block. No renders I’m assuming as yet?

787 Beds 53m high

I'm surprised this one is so short.

Wasn’t expecting a masterpiece but good lord it’s awfully bland.

Too bulky and needlessly so. It's right next to U2 (or whatever it's going to be called) which is significantly taller and therefore virtually zero issue going a bit taller and letting the design 'breathe' a bit. I agree with the Govt Architect that there could be more differentiation - apparently this design is 'multiple towers' - can anyone else see them? LOL. The response from the developers is that there's no need... OK.

There's almost as many student rooms in this as the 36 level job on North Terrace. Density is nice but this thing just looks like Forme Projex branched out into student apartments. Thumbs down from me.

Is anyone else reminded of the egg carton building on Grenfell Street? Very bland design, and it's unlikely to have the western wall covered up anytime soon.

Completely bereft of any architectural flair or expression. Looks like it's been designed in Minecraft. Completely shocking.
Walking on over....
