A month ago I posted this:

The lights on the crane are visible just before sunset from driving south in the right lane on Main North Road on the hill before the dip leading up to the Regency Road traffic lights (roughly opposite St Clements church). I assume the final building will be visible from there too since Pikey says the current crane height is roughly the finished building height.
Last night I did a similar trip. The building is now clearly visible from near St Clements (and Regency Road). The flashing white light on the crane was visible from stopped in the queue for the Grand Junction Road traffic lights on Port Wakefield Road!

A couple of moody shots in the drizzle - looming over Rundle St and Vardon Ave

View from the Frome St bridge, right next to Adelaide Zoo. (24/9/2019)

In some photos I love it, and in others I don't and it's all because of how the glazing looks from image to image.

Does anyone know what floor level the building is currently at? The concrete core appears to have topped out. I know there is discussion about this on earlier pages suggesting the core would be reconfigured and continue upwards, but this doesn't appear to be happening on site. Surely the highest point of the building isn't already complete? Perhaps the top few levels are steel? Or concrete but without jump-form?

From afar this is so good. Being so close to Realm really lifts this.

Just wait until that student tower plonks in front and crowds it from view :|

Knowing Samaras it's going to be steel. If anyone can get a close-up of the core then we'll get a better idea.

Cheers

Only directly inline with Frome Street/Road from the north otherwise all good. Just hpoe more towers will be built around them then you won't have to worry.

The final height of the building must be just barely above the top of cloud outline that appears in Plasmatron's second photo. They are currently working on the thirteenth floor above the podium gap, and then there is the annexe (or loft) to add two small upper floors above that final full floor. The core must currently reach about 130 metres. Does that seem about right?

Am I wrong in saying I counted 32 levels?

If the parklands are so important why dont they put it to a vote state wide? Or are they afraid the majority will back this hotel..
