Indeed. It’s a shame because that part of King William St really took off for a while there development wise, and has slowed somewhat the past five years or so.

Yeah, I'd've thought KWS South is ripe for development with the tramline and proximity to the markets. It's disappointing it's been sort of stagnant. I note the former Sealink headquarters on the corner of South Tce has just been gutted and refit when it would've been a great opportunity for a landmark rebuild.

I wasn't commenting on whether its a good design or not, I was commenting on how this site goes up for sale every so often and no sale ever eventuates.
