There’s the hotel proposal which is 16 levels and the hotel wright street one which is also 16 levels, but no others that are 18. Is it the same design as previously?

134 Wright street is a hotel commencing soon which is 16 levels. I'm pretty sure this proposal is dead.

I was speaking with someone involved in an 18 level building on Wright Street. It could be this one, it could be one of the others (16 levels, 2 basement maybe?).

I wasn't in a position to ask too many questions, although I'd consider them a reasonable source. Construction of something with 18 levels on Wright St will commence soon.
