That's pretty close to the City West development too. If that goes ahead, we should see a few cranes there too! :D

I knew pascot signage along the king william properties but this one took me by surprise too. I believe it's a commercial property.

With the amount of activity on site, I wouldn't be surprised if this one starts soon.

I don't like this one btw, especially in comparison to 115 King Bill.

Nice location though. Duck into Raglans when you're on the way to the elevator.

Geez forgot about this one. Talk about slipping under the radar. Always nice to have a surprise like that tho.

I'm not sure I am liking this one atm going by the render, it is awfully thin and gives me the impression that it looks like half a building with rest chopped off. Be nice if it were double width. Ahh well, hope it grows on me. Not a bad height tho :)

I don't mind this one so far. I was wondering when we were going to get the yellow steel/blue glass look from Melbourne over here :D I think this one will fit in nicely with the other buildings on Waymouth. Only issue will be the possible blank wall on the western side and the southern view of the building. Hopefully something gets built on that bloody carpark opposite this one as that is a disgrace!

WOW! I sincerely did not know about this development! it is a good surprise.

It looks good from the angle shown however I have serious concern about the buildings western facade. At the moment the city skyline when seen from the west (the airport) you can see the very elegant Australin Taxation Department building. I hope that this building does not have a blank, concrete wall, because that would ruin the balancing effect the ATD building has on the hideous Telstra Exchange.

However I doubt construction is imminent. The building has still not been approved by the council, I doubt that they have even recived an application.

It's the Aust'n Tax Office, ATO, not ATD, otherwise I'll be wanting to change my screen-name.
