I don't believe that. Developers don't demolish structures as large as the one that used to be there (unless they find a temporary use for the site) and then look for financing.

Sounds like you have been very ill-informed, that's a very vicious rumour to circulate around. Trust me - financing for the project is not in doubt, and this development will absolutely 100% go ahead. If you don't believe me, just wait and see.

Of all the projects approved around Adelaide at the moment I highly doubt this or Altitude will have trouble securing finance. Some other approvals may have a tough time though until the banks start lending freely again to make those super profits. Only a matter of time until bank caution goes and greed returns.
