Is that still going ahead?

MORE than $130 million will be spent over the next seven years on The Square at Woodville West.
The Housing SA-funded project will deliver 425 dwellings - apartments, villas and townhouses - and is forecast to house as many as 1000 people .
The project, being constructed in the area bound by Alma Tce, Emily St and Henderson Ave, involves the demolition of 180 homes to provide space for the new community.
Housing Minister Jennifer Rankine said: "Woodville West, in that particular area, was very old and many of the homes weren't up to the standard we would like for public housing."
The State Government already owned about 80 per cent of the stock in the area and bought the remaining houses to make the project happen.
Ms Rankine said at least 50 per cent of the new houses would be available for affordable rent or to buy, in the State Government's affordable housing scheme.
"Our aim is to have a revitalised Woodville West that has a dynamic community," she said.
The project has been designed in line with the 30-Year Plan as a walkable neighbourhood and features a central square of shops, public art spaces and a cafe, playground and plaza.
Stage 1, under construction, will be complete by mid-next year. Property prices will start at $295,000.
