Not the most inviting building at ground level with the bomb proof design. Interesting garden/stormwater irrigation area out the front. Once again probably to avoid cars parking directly out the front of the building for security reasons.

Is it just me or shouldn't the windows on the eastern side have been on the western side in view of the closeness of stage 2? The middle adjacent building (to be built) will pretty much block out most of the light expected through those windows. What do others think?

At the ACC DAP meeting scheduled for August 6, a proposal by Commercial & General to use the space designated for stage 2 of this development as an open lot carpark will come before the panel.

The interesting thing, is that when you read the supporting documents, it is documented that the 2 remaining buildings have been cancelled due to 'uncertain economic conditions'. Furthermore the developer has allowed development approval to lapse for the 2 remaining buildings.

Hence, in summary, the remaining stages of this development have been cancelled.
