Im really liking that side profile, the front is very "Oaks" on North Terrace, but that side looks nice.
Dont you love how the last render looks to be 20-25 levels high, if its looking down at the Optus building which it is.

Interesting article in today's paper about the Chinese developer financing this development without presales and living in a penthouse himself.
Also said that they are waiting to see what height increases will occur for a number of other potential proposals they are working on at the moment.
I think a lot of developers are holding off now until height limits change.
