As at 26/4/21 the basement has been excavated, but no sign of any crane base yet.

Yes, as can be seen above in pictures by Mr T, not much to see from Melbourne St due to the 3 metre solid fence. The only way to see whats happening is down a dead end lane off Mackinnon St at the rear. It appears there will be 2 levels in the basement as they are now digging deeper.

Digging of the 2 basement levels has finished. Steelwork is going in for the lift and stairs. No crane base on site yet.

The SCAP will formally grant planning approval to increase the height of this development by 1 floor, to a total of 8 levels and 28m in height.

Some awesome artwork has been completed on blank walls on the east and west sides of this building. Looks great.

The artwork on the eastern facade is the back side of the western illustration. It looks really neat.
It can't be long now until the front facade gets exposed.
