They must be motoring along here. I went past the site this morning, and the rear core boxes have most of their white slip form now attached.

Noticed today (didnt get a photo due to gridlock obstructing the view somewhat) that they have installed a series of flexible bollards (similar to these http://www.reliance-foundry.com/site/re ... ffic-2.jpg) along the centre line past this site. They appear to be dynabolted to the bitumen.

I assume it is a response to Adelaide's skilled drivers having difficulty remaining in their lane whilst navigating a straight piece of road, but it's not a traffic management technique I've seen used before?

Not surprised to be honest.

I live nearby and have seen drivers get it completely wrong probably 6 times in the last 2-3 months going past this site. In both directions, but especially West bound. Good move.

Small article page 58 of the Tiser today.

Work has temporarily ceased at this site.. The client is working through some "commercial issues". Hopefully resolved soon.

This is being built by Datong right? Same group behind the visionary project at 207 Flinders? Hope the commercial issues aren't financial ones.

Yep bunch of Clowns they appear to be. This project has been one of the most poorly managed in my time on this forum (12 years). Even if Pulteney street proposal gets officially proposed, it could be a decade before work starts.

Any buyers of U2 frequent this forum? Interested to know what dealing with datong has been like given the delays and failed promises made over the past two years. Hopefully this delay is short lived..

As Ben has said, what a poorly managed project.
