I got an email today as well from Palumbo rep. It said crane due onsite next week. Also 90% sold, just a few of the 201 piles are left to be completed

Yep I’ll agree with that. I only said on-site however.

It is a hammer head crane (by Potain an English crane maker) . picture 2.30 Saturday , There is at least one more section to be added to the Jib ( the main horizontal beam).

It's electric. If you look two shots up you'll see a giant green box - that's the generator.
