Almost appears as tall as Conservatory. It's a good sized building and wonderful addition to the Hindmarsh Square area. Also adds to the canyon effect of Grenfell Street, which to me now, is kind of like Adelaide's Little New York - with the tall buildings flanking either side of the road.

I agree it looks awesome, but I reckon Pirie St has this "Canyon Effect" better.

That pic from Hindmarsh Sq shows the eastern view from the apartments in the NW corner. The eastern view has really filled in from 2 years ago. IMHO HSQ will get that truly 'city' look long before the other squares - closing in rapidly all around. Needs lots of neons and lighting up as per the carpark. A good handy meeting area close to several main CBD streets.

The recruitment process at the Ibis has commenced. Accor are looking to fill about 60 hospitality positions. Executive roles to start as early as mid-March, the others at opening time in July.

I've noticed a bit of bluish-black coloured glass has now gone up and is visible on the upper 3-4 floors of this building, facing Hindmarsh Square. It looks moody, but nice.
