I can see this building clearly from the common walkway balcony of our group of units, and last week they decided to turn all the lights on every floor on at about 7pm. When I walked outside I could not believe what this huge glow of lights coming from town was, It was so amazingly bright that I had to drive into town to see what it was, and found out it was just the internal lights. Forgot to bring my camera but this looked incredible at night

Same here, on the saw it but didn't have a camera handy counts at least. I was wondering if they were doing some photographing of their own.

I'm guessing someone's already mentioned this but when does the west tower start? Part of me gets worried everytime i walk past this that they're going to run out of money and it'll look half finished forever

I suppose they will start once they have some tenants secured. They don't build buildings just for the sake of it, they will need confirmed tenants to make building the damn thing worthwhile.

The Neon lights were on tonight. They change colour. It's actually quite a cool touch. if someone has a good camera that takes good night pics you should take some... hint hint.

I'm impressed. We need more of this in Adelaide. Hindmarsh Square is coming along nicely.

Actually, I don't mind that. What a shame it will have to be ruined by people using all the blinds and cluttering up the windows.

There'll be another Funk Coffee + Food store opening at street level early next year.

The second retail tenancy is going to be "Dozo" a Sushi chain - quite nice from my experience at Marion.

When they get a pre commitment and not any sooner.

As this development is of a boutique nature, there is no "pre-commitment" stage, all of the offices are for individual sale. So until the market for office sales really spikes, we won't see tower two.
