I understand why the section of Renaissance Arcade beneath this has not reopened since it was built. It was a great little food court and an especially useful sheltered shortcut during the winter months.

Does any of it still actually exist? From renders/photos I think that the Mansions apartment balconies now overlook a foyer/lobby area.

It's tiled and complete but not fit out or functioning for any purpose. It's just shut off from the rest of the Arcade by roller doors.
