Who is they? Developers change buildings based on the economic environment at the time. Some increase, some decrease...
yes they do, but the quality of the original design clearly influenced the decision to ignore the heritage considerations. The subsequent dumbing down sets a terrible precedent.

How the heck can Marshall take credit for this project under the “Building What Matters” scheme? This is a private project, the only involvement the government’s has is giving it thumbs up to go ahead.

By the time you finish in about 2 to 3 years won't the tourists be back ? I mean no one will be able to stay there during construction.
