Maybe a LegoLand park since only a few Australians have been to the ones at California, USA & Windsor, UK!

Yes the same Luna Park, it was shipped to Sydney after complaints about noise and "a horde of hippies", bloody NIMBYS.

My idea would be to build an Amusement park at Grange. There is an under utilised rail line just meter from the beach, and the suburb hasn't been attacked by modern development in the same way Henley Beach has.

Maybe an indoor amusement park & shopping centre similar to this!:
