This appears to be Aria Terraces, by FormeProjex, advertised as 11 Daly Street (cnr Ifould) as shown in joshzxzx's 3rd pic.
Four levels, 12 apartments - http://www.realestateview.com.au/Real-E ... 411_S.html

Does anyone have the inside word on what re-working of Ifould St between Pulteney and Frome is about to happen?
Council needs to make the footpaths disable compliant due to this 'non-compliance' having been brought to their attention.
AFAIK there were a couple of options considered, make the street one way to Pulteney, or keep it two way, and lose the parking on one side.
Anybody know if this is right, and if so, which option is happening?
(The LOL attached to this is that just a week ago, the Council re-did all the line marking.... )

The Council were supposed to start in the last two weeks and they appeared to be getting set up. Site shed trailers were delivered and parking on the southern side was changed to permit parking only, but by the end of last week they were gone, possibly due to the fact that the letter they dropped off claimed they were going to finish two weeks before they started. Also, the option they decided on was to keep it two-way and remove half the parking.
