mr crawf, I believe thats on Seaview Rd at Henley Beach, where the turnoff is to that old building on the forshore that had something to do with the AIS. Now a bed n breakfast motel i think (not the building in photo)

Yes. It was originally planned as a couple of 3 level townhouses, back in the early 2000's. However, that project started construction, but for some reason woek was abandoned. Currently the site is subject to a proposal to erect a 12 level apartment building called Azucar, of which we have a thread in the CBD development forum.
