The ground floor structure is complete and work is progressing on the First floor level. Picture 5/3/2106. The poor street trees near South Tce (left hand side of picture) .

An update looking south down Owen St towards South Tce, work on level 2. (Picture 30 Mar 2016).

An up date as at 11 May 2016. Picture taken in Owen St . Currently working on Level 4 on southern end and level 3 at northern end.
It is not possible to get any decent pictures from South Tce as this is another project wrapped in shade cloth.

I'm pleased to report that they managed to fix or otherwise negate whatever was happening with the crane at this site over the last week. It was generating an intermittent but frequent high pitched metallic scraping noise 24/7... possibly related to the wind although it didn't used to make that noise and I've never heard it from any other crane before.

Now working on level 5, picture in Owen St.

Glass has been installed in some of the rear windows facing Owen St and also on the ground floor and 1st floor facing South Tce but it is not possible to film these due to the shade cloth.

Update as at 28 July 2016. Now working on level 7 on southern part of building. the rear (northern side) is still at 3 stories. It is hard to find a decent view that is not covered in shade cloth. Perhaps Phenom can take another picture high up as in his May picture.

I took this this morning but doesn't look like much really happening on the northern bit. Wondering where the lift core goes on this one!
