Piling rig is on site.

That development has taken what… a decade?

Albanese was in Glenelg today and made a federal Labor campaign pledge of $10 million towards the Jetty Road masterplan, which unbeknownst to me was finalised in 2018. The Chapel Street upgrade above was part of the first phase.

A new development, 7 story Quay View apartments, has started (next to the Kennett apartment project. see web site

Stage 3 of Baywaters has started, piling rig and other machinery on site.
7 levels and includes restoration of the 'heritage' facade/building on the corner.

Fruizberry and Yum Sing Express both now closed down

Crane base on site at the new complex being built adjacent the recently completed one.

The 7 level Northshore development by Barrio at 2 Canning street, just behind the Aquarius Tower appears to have commenced construction.

The Adelphi apartment block all done.

The brown really dates it? Is it just me?
Makes it look ten years out of date but given this tool so long to get up.

Also doesn’t really look like the renders does it?

Good stuff When was the last time there were 3 cranes operating at Glenelg? Way back to the Holdfast Shores development in the late 90's perhaps.
