The “Quayview” apartments development on Adelphi Tce (just up from the site with the tower crane) has commenced.
Piling rig is on site.

Albanese was in Glenelg today and made a federal Labor campaign pledge of $10 million towards the
Jetty Road masterplan, which unbeknownst to me was finalised in 2018. The Chapel Street upgrade above was part of the first phase.

Stage 3 of Baywaters has started, piling rig and other machinery on site.
7 levels and includes restoration of the 'heritage' facade/building on the corner.

The 7 level Northshore development by Barrio at 2 Canning street, just behind the Aquarius Tower appears to have commenced construction.

Makes it look ten years out of date but given this tool so long to get up.

When was the last time there were 3 cranes operating at Glenelg? Way back to the Holdfast Shores development in the late 90's perhaps.
