Don't know anything about this project, but looking at the two buildings either side of it, surely its 451 Morphett St? Great looking building btw.

DC Architecture on Facebook definitely seem to be pumping out a lot of these images while the actual work they are doing is much smaller scale.

Wonder if they are producing quick concepts that developers can use when selling land to portray the potential of a site.

Has a DA been lodged? Or are DC architecture just pumping up their egos via facebook?

Switched to VISion at this point as no actual proposal seems to have been lodged.
