151 Gilbert Street, behind my place, is back on the market. Not surprised. Place has been silent for months except for the cars from next door using it as a car park.

Didn’t forme projex have a proposal for there? Yeah they did. I’m wondering if the lack of car parking is the reason it fell through.

The 5 story building at 199 Grenfell St is being renovated. I believe this is linked to the new WCH and the closure of the Police Barracks, with SAPOL moving into the building once complete.
