An update for Surflen St: the rear is now 6 stories and the front is 5 stories. Pictures 8 May 2016. The picture quality is a bit poor due to rain and late in the day (after 5pm).

From this wet, miserable Monday morning. Black glass now completely covers the northern wall of the Flinders/Frome project. Once they cover those truss elements in the black cladding of the render we'll have slightly more indication of how this will look. The glass looks quite nice even if the design is quite mediocre. I also seriously hope they paint the concrete or something.

update of 5 /6 story apartment project, picture 15/5/16 . This project has a blank concrete East wall but there is another project already planned for the adjacent block (no 62).

The rear of Surflen St is actually 7 stories with the first 3 levels having a view of a brick wall 2 m away?

Some precast wall panels were installed at 3-5 Hurtle Square today (26 may) with a large mobile crane.

Work is about to commence on a new 3 story building for St Andrews hospital. on the corner of St Johns St and Gilles St. a larger crawler crane and a mini excavator are on site as at 3 June 16.

The same piling rig that was used at Kent Town is now on site at the St Andrews site to dig the side walls for the basement. Work should officially Start on Wednesday (allowing for Tuesday being a rostered day off).
