Structurally two separate buildings, they’re being attached, refitted and re-glazed. With the sheer amount of work going into this one, it’s t might have been more beneficial pulling the whole thing down and rebuilding something a little more substantial considering the location and size of the site. Internode, from my understanding, have ceased their SA operations; so no clue who’s going in there once it’s complete.

It's only 8 levels (a 'mezzanine' plus 7 full floors), and hence topped out now.

Yeah -it's a shame. Coincidentally, Enzo Caroscio Architecture designed this, Opus on Hutt and 299 Pirie Street - not great luck with their designs being built of late!
