Skyscraper Forum regulars would already know of this project.  Bentham Street Apartments, located at 16-20 Bentham Street, City, when completed it will be a 35 storey 105m tall building.  Actually the last 20m or so will be the blade feature which you see, but it will become Adelaide's tallest residential apartment block.


This is still in the proposal stage, and has been revised a number of times, so it's not a definate yet.
