If he is able to bash people so openly and freely, then he shouldn't have a problem naming who his sources are. Unless he has something to hide. He rambles on about "faceless men"....yet he him self remains faceless, and he purposely keeps his sources as faceless men to the rest of us. Therefore he is no better then those he attacks in...Last reply by Ho Really in The Pub 22 minutes ago
1347RepliesThey are energy efficiency disasters, make poor use of their blocks, will leak in high wind driven rain and will be horrendously expensive to maintain in 10 to 20 years as their finishes reach the end of their service life. well i have to agree there. Wasnt there some appaling stat about the amount of energy used by the homes in Mawson Lakes?Last reply by Nort in CBD Development 27 minutes ago

794RepliesThese are going up in all the mainland capitals. Just looks like some big advertising screen. Might add some much needed flashiness to the west end of the mall - the Myer Centre killed that. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b318/chrismicik/cx.jpgLast reply by Nort in CBD Development 35 minutes ago
234RepliesYep, but the circus will be over soon, Tony Abbott WILL be Prime Minister on the 14th of September, the Coalition will rise to power with the biggest parliamentary majority in Australian history and all will be fixed from that point on as they will have a mandate to do whatever it takes to fix this country. Polls have consistently shown an overwhelming majority of Australian's are certainly looking forward it. I've started to ignore any media on the dying ALP govt, all i'm interested in now is...Last reply by Phantom in The Pub 1 hour ago

Written by Howie Sunday, 31 July 2011 16:46
We've got an exclusive for you all this weekend.
Paul Pruszinski from Pruszinski Architects gave us the scoop on a pretty special development at 123 Flinders Street, to be submitted this Monday.
Details are 22 levels , approx 78m in height, mixed use comprising of retail then carparking, then office then some very unique apartments. The site is currently the little brick telstra exchange (to be demolished) and the adjoining open lot carpark.
Here are the renders... pretty radical for Adelaide I must say.
Video fly-through to come early in the week.

This development seems to have evaded our radar - it is the Crown Marina development at North Haven. The Sam Sgherza Group who developed the Infinity Waters development at West Lakes, are now working on their latest venture Crown Marina.
The site is 50,000sqm of water and land at North Haven, and will consist of 103 marina berths, car parking and user amenities. Construction began in June 2010 with 76 berths complete. Stage two is expected to begin late 2011.
Here's the flyover.
