Looks stunning, from the renderings and i really like the glass design which gives an unprecendented look at the adelaide cbd with the adelaide hills as a backdrop and the great coastline. Norwood 283 Pty Ltd has lodged and application with the Holdfast Bay council to demolish the current structure and build the new building. 22 Colley Terrace is an ugly 1960's era 2 level motel. We've got an exclusive for you all this weekend.
Paul Pruszinski from Pruszinski Architects gave us the scoop on a pretty special development at 123 Flinders Street, to be submitted this Monday.
Details are 22 levels , approx 78m in height, mixed use comprising of retail then carparking, then office then some very unique apartments. The site is currently the little brick telstra exchange (to be demolished) and the adjoining open lot carpark.
Here are the renders... pretty radical for Adelaide I must say.
Video fly-through to come early in the week.

This development seems to have evaded our radar - it is the Crown Marina development at North Haven. The Sam Sgherza Group who developed the Infinity Waters development at West Lakes, are now working on their latest venture Crown Marina.
The site is 50,000sqm of water and land at North Haven, and will consist of 103 marina berths, car parking and user amenities. Construction began in June 2010 with 76 berths complete. Stage two is expected to begin late 2011.
Here's the flyover.
