#Proposed: 123 Flinders Street, 22lvl 78m Mixed-Use

We've got an exclusive for you all this weekend.

Paul Pruszinski from Pruszinski Architects gave us the scoop on a pretty special development at 123 Flinders Street, to be submitted this Monday.

Details are 22 levels , approx 78m in height, mixed use comprising of retail then carparking, then office then some very unique apartments.   The site is currently the little brick telstra exchange (to be demolished) and the adjoining open lot carpark.

Here are the renders... pretty radical for Adelaide I must say.

PRO: 186-190 North Terrace | ~50m | 13 Lvl | Office

DA was lodged this month for a signficant revamp of the heritage Gawler Chambers building on 186-190 North Terrace.

The proposal includes a modern 13 level office building behind a renovated Gawler Chambers building.  An AdelaideNow article reports that Adelaide Development Company, has owned the site since 1945 and have approached Philadephia-based studio LFA and Adelaide-based Matthew Architects for its design.

Here's a render omicron found on the LFA website.

#UC: Crown Marina (North Haven)

This development seems to have evaded our radar - it is the Crown Marina development at North Haven.  The Sam Sgherza Group who developed the Infinity Waters development at West Lakes, are now working on their latest venture Crown Marina.

The site is 50,000sqm of water and land at North Haven, and will consist of 103 marina berths, car parking and user amenities.  Construction began in June 2010 with 76 berths complete.  Stage two is expected to begin late 2011.

Here's the flyover.
