I wonder if this has been cancelled or run into some problems. Nothing has been talked about since the initial application and many other proposals lodged after this have subsequently already been approved.

Watpac and Marriot signage has gone up all around the site.

The new application is for 16 levels. Mixed use office and service apartments. Maybe another quest?

That may have been the case but this project is years behind... the casino still don’t have their carpark yet and won’t anytime soon.

Oddly enough the crane base is no longer there.
