Just to be clear, they intend to demolish the Jade Monkey, then leave the site vacant .The hotel tower will be built on the Grenfell Street side of the site and does not require the Jade Monkey to be demolished at all. I can't imagine why they'd do this! It smells fishy... get approval, demolish the...
