Quick update for 9 story apartment building at 278 South Tce, now at level 8, picture 17/6/2023.

It's only 8 levels (a 'mezzanine' plus 7 full floors), and hence topped out now.

I don't think that was paint - I think they were entirely clad, presumably either to improve their appearance or for insulation maybe? Read in The Advertiser today that the new Uniqlo Myer Centre will be on the ground floor “spanning close to 1,000 sq m of retail space.”

That’s the same size as the new Dymocks on Rundle Mall or about a third of the size of H&M.

Also, opening date announced as Nov 24.
