How does the size of this compare to the new Coles site under construction? How far apart are they?
Both 8 storys.
This one is next door to the chemist on the Osmond Tce corner.

Great news! They must surely be taking the space above too? I wonder if this means Lush is moving? Not sure whether it'll be Level 2 (where Shoe Shed was) or Level 1 (where Rebel Sport is still trading until the new store opens). Neither, according to The Advertiser article. It's going on the Groun...

As per todays Advertiser, Uniqlo to open in Rundle Mall in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Going to be in the Ground floor area of the Myer Centre, beneath Rebel Sport.
I can't picture the space, but would it be the 1000 square metres that the story says the store will occupy?

Pretty sure this is the building going to be built on that narrow block. Not stage 5 of Hurtle and Co. https://www.pactarchitects.com.au/project/one-hurtle-square/ Correct A picture of the site for stage 5 (next to stage 1, the dark grey building behind the site) on the north west side of Carringto...

The house on the corner of Hurtle Square and Carrington St looks to be getting demolished. Not sure what the plan for the site currently is? Anyone know if its the same one as a few years ago when apartments were proposed?
It's apartments, not sure if it's the same one you're referring to.

Believe the last concrete floor pour was done today. So we only have the roof left on top on this slab which is above the eight floors of balconied apartments. That should be the final height. Cheers I've also heard that the final concrete deck is the roof, so theres no more superstructure to come ...

Not sure if it's been mentioned here, but it looks as though Electra House (the bar) has closed its doors... The interior has no furniture and it's looking ab it worse for wear.
There’s still some kind of activity going on in there, by the looks....

TSA, as of earlier this month Target Fulham Gardens was certainly closing, not due to the retailers restructure plans but because of a rental renew dispute. It's due to close in August. Cafe 55 on King William St has re-opened after sitting dormant for almost three years.
Conversely, Cafe Amore on Hindmarsh Square still hasn't re-opened post-Covid, and all the furniture now has "Lot" number stickers......
