What are the chances of the full Oval redevelopment going ahead without the WC?

I would suggest that there is a good chance that it will happen!

[COM] Re: PRO: Victoria Square Upgrade

The more I think about it the more I would like to see the Grote/Wakefield crossing removed and no underpass built. I really don't see why there is so much fuss when there are plenty of other streets traffic could be diverted too, like Franklin/Flinders Street. Pedestrians are meant to rule the cit...

Re: Adelaide Airport & Airline News

Perth airport is a shocker! no surprise it will cost mega-bucks to upgrade. It is easily the worst airport in australia as of today. Worse than Canberra Airport? (well, the renovations weren't finished when I was last there, I'm not sure what it's like now) still not finished yet (was there 1 week ...

As much as i hate to say it, I think developers still have to jump through hoops to get anywhere with the conservatives that run adelaide. The developers don't want to waste their time or money, so they go to cities like brisbane, melbourne that accomodate them. Frank1, If you do your basic homework...

Well said Professor and i agree with most things you have posed. You will find that the state government and PPP will find agreement and the new RAH will get built. There has been too many public announcements, so they wont let it fail. We have only got to look at the new Royal Children's Hospital i...

Re: Student Accomodation in the CBD

I agree so far with what skyliner and wayno are saying.. As a multi-cultural (hate that word) city we should be looking to capitalise on the mistakes of the Eastern states. We are unique in that we are smaller in size, have a better quality of life and for the most part all our major universities ar...

[COM] Re: #PRO - Health and Medical Research Institute - $200 Million

Great: Bring it on. Should be a major injection (pun intended) into Adelaide and the medical profession here. Well one can argue until the cows come home on this one.... However. given that we are going to get this new hospital in a location that not many people seem to want it makes perfect sense ...

Howie was snooping around the site some more yesterday.. I had a few issues actually getting to the page (im running firefox) kept on timing out on me. It may have been my end of the connection since all our servers are being upgraded and we seem to be getting random dropouts all the time.. That sai...

Re: New portal launched - #bug reports here

Howie et al The website looks awesome. I love the front page design and the fluidity of the design. It is very professional (not that the old site wasn't) One thing that iam missing is the window in the upper left hand of the old website which told us all what threads where updated.
