The dining area on the ground floor took their hoardings down this afternoon. It's one restaurant.
As a Flinders Uni employee, I can't help feeling we're a little responsible.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
They should really demolish that old car park, put the bus interchange on the ground level to connect with the train, and then put additional car parks above or below the new interchange. Unfortunately, the train station is higher than all the nearby hospital entrances and the ground floors of the ...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
There's road connecting the two is designed for cars to go to carparks and not much more. The main road next to the train station is grade separated and it would probably be quicker to walk to the hospital.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
I wonder what the reason was for not building the new bus interchange next to the railway station... seems another missed opportunity to me to make the system more cohesive The interchange is closer to the hospital entrance (both the temporary and permanent entrances). The train station is a longer...

The map for the FMC bus stop changes has been released. They take place tomorrow.

The top of the map faces south, and the orange section is the main entrance/old interchange.

I’ve walked passed it twice and I swear it has had at least two seperate tagups and paintovers in the past three weeks. Maybe a black background releases one’s inner child towards chalk boards. The graffiti paint stands out so nicely. They DEFINITELY are. There were stickers on Monday that had disap...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
Lots of changes to the buses going through Flinders Medical Centre from August 25. Some are due to the new interchange/hospital expansion, some seem to be a review of services in the area. https://www.adelaidemetro.com.au/about- ... ge-changes

The ground floor has been boarded up in the past 24 hours. Black painted wood over every door and window. It looks okay - it blends in with the stone.
Didn't get a chance to see if the graffiti was still there or not.

It was broken into a couple of weeks ago - a couple of the doors have been kicked in and the top of the building has been tagged. No photos, but it's pretty noticeable.
