Congrats! They have permanent parking at the Henry carepark and the one across the road on young st for lease. Wateva u do don't park car on the side of the apartment even if ur unloading or else u might get booked if sOmeone c u. There's free parking at the front of the apartment at night time ...

Paradisoshlee.....im sure u can call the real estate agent and make a appoint to go in for an inspection, thats what i did.

I've brought one of these apartments and the finance has been completed recently. There have been a number of delays, most of the documentation has the handover in june but this has obviously slipped a tiny bit.. Apparently the building is being handed over from the builder next week and people ...
