Sometimes I think that part of the convention Centre should have been painted white to match the festival theatre. but then the other 2 buildings of the convention Centre are chuck brown.

25/4/2024 working on level 9.This floor seems to have a higher ceiling height.

Some pictures of installing new side window panels with brick patterns on north side of tower 1 ( furthest from city). these panels are temporary hung using a compact portable crane on the floor above.

the 2 cranes at Jetty Rd and north Glenelg are still up as at 22/4/2024.

Update 20/4/2024. Work is progressing on private hospital at 203-204 Greenhill Rd. The 4 lift shafts and service cores have been completed and now work is progressing on ground floor level.

Demolition is almost complete except for small 2 story office at northern end of site (9 Dequetteville Tce )

Well what ever the systems was the whole site stinks.

yes this crane was not working at 42 56 franklin st but at pwc building further west.

I passed by the old gas works site at Bowden yesterday and there is some sprinkler pipe all around the site at the top fence railing height which was venting off some obnoxious gases.

Why are there gate keepers at both North Tce entrances when there is nothing happening on site.

Yes the crane only just clears the service/lift core

They could always build it in Glenside!
