R2P: Northbound surface road is now open past regency

Southern interchange north-south is now bumped up to 90

It's likely that the lighter patches were completed months before opening whereas the darker patches were completed just before opening.

With the Target gone I wonder how this changes the Aldi plans? Wouldn’t make much sense to build when you have a huge vacant space next door.

As expected, construction continues on this site today despite Kaufland pulling the pin.

Actually the building is being dismantled. Steel frame has been removed leaving just the precast walls propped up.
