From yesterday, they were pouring the western perimeter foundation - and a photo of the model in the KWS showroom - it shows the market apartments at around double the height of the Hilton.

Thank goodness this project is still alive - i am very much hoping it goes ahead and changes Adelaide's skyline profile forever. There has not been any SCAP meeting update for a month - the last meeting details are from the 27 March.

The plaza area around the building is so much more inviting accessible than it was before, with seating and (increasingly) more shade.

Thanks for the news re demolition.

I am kinda pleased as it shows some level of commitment - as long as the buildings are demolished and the site stays empty for years.

It is such a prime site so room for optimism :)
