There are poles for a boundary fence around the site being installed to replace the temporary one.

The old building behind the heritage shopfront burnt down a few months ago so would be good to keep the old facade.

It looks like there are two levels underground. The Grote Street end of the basement site has levelled out.

Photo from Light Square this afternoon - a small rise for the eastern core. The remaining vertical metal guides suggest that maybe a bit more height to go until they dismantle the core formwork surround.

Shows the next level underway after the plantroom and top of car park / office section.

After what seems like ages - probably only 6 weeks - they seem to be moving on from the level 10 plantroom level and into the apartments. There are new columns being formed - will try to get some photos on the weekend.

Hopefully a crane rise soon.

Moving quickly for a complex building now. The finishes should look v good and it's a decent size floorplate so making a difference in the area. Couple of photos from yesterday.

+ it looks like the brickwork on the front for the first 5 levels is happening - will get some close ups on the weekend and hopefully a nice finish.

I have not seen anyone on site for a decade - and yesterday there was someone cleaning out bags of rubbish from inside. Maybe something is going to happen soonish
