[COM] Re: Flinders Rail Link
The new timetable looks like a good first step, 30min day frequency is not bad, it should be 20min. Having Seaford being all stops at night, gives the inner stations 4 trains an hour, which is crazy at 10pm yet Seaford trains run express on weekend nights. Trains still leave every 15min during the d...

I don't think anyone would go to bars or restaurants under the convention centre. The road / carpark looks tacky but it can be blocked out with stairs, screening / wall / fence and plants etc. You could put a deck or something or just level the grassed area in front. Re: News & Developments: Other Suburban Retail
X - Convenience on Womma Road is in Eyre yet X - Convenience calls it Penfield. Is the suburb name Eyre going to ever take off? Also Google Maps still calls it Penfield, the name change happened in 2017. https://www.dpti.sa.gov.au/eyre Adelaide has had plenty of suburbs change names eg Davoren Park ...

When Coles Grote Street closes that will leave Firle as the only store that opens at midnight, Kurralta Park changed their hours last month.

It's 2020 bro, it's a slow year and people are out of work and moneys tight, NQR is a lifeline for people since Rite Price is gone. NQR is far nicer than Rite Price too. It took you three weeks to reply to my post lol.

44 extra services each week wouldn't even cover hourly services on weekends. Currently theres about 57 services each weekday on the Tonsley line and the line only operates 12 hours a day (approx 6:30am to 6:30pm) 44 services wouldn't even cover one weekend day. Has the government lost the plot think...

You can see why it was un-approved by looking at the renders and the site. Look at the satellite image, it was only being built on the old HQ club, not the carpark or the grey fitness building. Mr Carpark must have ideas for his land, maybe he also owns the fitness building and has plans for apartme...

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway
Yes I know this, I was just brainstorming, the real issue is removing 1000+ people from an area that really should be growing. It's only 2.5km out of the entire South Road that deserves a tunnel, it's so close to the city, a trench would effectively cut off the Western Suburbs from the city. I don't...

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway
To save the Tbebarton Theatre you want to destroy the inner west, by demolishing 500 houses and creating a giant trench in the middle of the area. A tunnel is justified for the river to Mile End South area. As by other areas already done you will need to take out houses on both sides and the second ...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Trains
Move Hove to the start of Railway Terrace and close Warradale. While you're at it close Marino Rocks and rebuild Marino in front of the reserve / roundabout. Also rebuild Brighton, remove the third track and have wider platforms and add bus bays, Brighton is the interchange station for buses not Hove.

Re: News & Discussion: O-Bahn
A lot of people drive to the O'Bahn because it's quicker, look at Athelstone, if you live near the shops you have to get a 178 bus in the wrong direction to get to Paradise (theres a few direct peak hour 579 buses) it would take 25min on the bus v 7min in the car to get to Paradise. A lot of the fee...
