On the topic of Victoria square, this weekend the opera 'Carmen' will be on there. It's a joke that the tour down under and the state opera can use Victoria square but then the Fringe or RCC can't. Go to the pub and get pissed with the other bogans. Yeah, David Sefton - the RCC Artistic Director th...

The open air carpark on the corner of Pulteney and Angas St is listed for sale in The Advertiser business section today, so hopefully it's sold and developed.

From the report: "The precast will be finished in a Nawkaw product ensuring that its visual appearance is durable and requires no maintenance."

What is Nawkaw?
Seems to be some sort of concrete colouring: http://nawkaw.com.au/

I don’t think he has implemented any of his promises. I think if they don’t improve they will be out at the next election. Hey Ben, how about you list all of his promises. Has the Liberal Party been in for a year yet? What has upset you so much that you want them out already? I can list more than a...

Tribe, has been acquired by Accor (Sofitel, Pullman, Ibis, etc...).

Cheers
Anyone know what the ramifications of this are for this development? does it make it more or less likely?

I don't really get the market for city fringe offices given our square mile is so large, but this looks good and improves Richmod Road markedly. I wonder what's happening with Maras's apartment on Hutt Street ? He's probably wealthy enough to do both at the same time you'd imagine? I didn’t mean to...

The problem with Grange spur is that 1/3 of its length goes through a golf course. Also East Grande and Grange are low density suburbia. Woodville West developement has been VERY slow to gain traction, so once this is better developed maybe more people will use Albert Park station.., and in a perfe...

That is so wrong. It was allocated and Lucas took it out of the budget. She needs to ask her own side what happened to the money. Where did it go? A hotel maybe? 🤔🧐 My favourite Flint moment was leading up to the second leadership spill last year, when she posted a status on Facebook along the line...

Not overly tall after all that.
Hopefully that means Sky Adelaide will still go ahead. This development along with Sky would form a decent little cluster alongside the SAPOL building and the Calvary Hospital. If only that carpark on the corner across the road got developed too.

Gee, there is so much hysterical supposition about this development. I honestly believe that soon after it is up and running some people here will be embarrassed by their lefty anti Liberal Government position. It's a bloody loan that will be repaid, and it is an Australian first for a major stadiu...
