[PRO] Re: Masonic Lodge | 183m | 37 Levels | Mixed Use

Mindful of being off topic in this thread, but I would guess the majority of people who visit Adelaide aren’t going to care if we have more tall buildings or not because they’re not skyscraper obsessed weirdos. Our selling points are and will continue to be our great food, easy access to wineries, n...

Shame Hines isn't more focused on actually redeveloping either of the other two sites they have proposals for that have sat idle for years.

I know this isn't the most exciting building in the world, but it's not turned out too badly.

How long left does the carpark next door have before it reaches the end of its lifespan?

Variation to DA 020/A081/17 to reduce the number of apartments, and car/bike parking space
I guess this one is still alive.

:) The Cranker (and the other venues they run on the site) are very successful and well patronized. Strictly in terms of ROI, it doesn't matter how well run and patronised you are if you don't have pokies. Doesn't mean they aren't profitable (and by all reports they are). Can still run a successful...

Construction here is meant to start here in the next few months. Unless there's another 18 story buildings proposed on Wright Street? There’s the hotel proposal which is 16 levels and the hotel wright street one which is also 16 levels, but no others that are 18. Is it the same design as previously?
